Fleur qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist for 1988. She has worked at Barts and The Royal London and Addenbrookes’ Hospital as well as private practices and the Nuffield Hospital in Ipswich. 

She has been specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2001. 

She has a special interest in biomechanics/foot conditions, headaches and migraines and is also a trained acupuncturist.

Alex has been a qualified Charted Physiotherapist since 2009. He has worked at the Royal Free Hospital in London, Colchester’s Mill Road Spinal Clinic and Clacton Hospital. He currently works as a Spinal Extended Scope Practitioner in his NHS role in Colchester. 

Alex is experienced in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a special interest in neck and back pain, manual therapy and Pilates. 

His experience as an endurance athlete and qualified personal trainer has allowed him to bring these disciplines into individual rehabilitation programmes. 

Additionally Alex provides 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 Pilates sessions at the practice. 

Rochelle trained at King’s College, London and qualified in 1999. 

She has worked at St George’s Hospital, Tooting and Ipswich Hospital before starting community rehabilitation in 2007 in Tendring and Colchester. 

Rochelle provides home visits to clients who may need help with their mobility, post -operative rehabilitation and respiratory care.  

Joe Graduated from the University of Essex with a MSc in Physiotherapy.

Prior to this he studied Sport & Exercise science at Batchelor level.

He has worked in both NHS & private sector settings.

He has particular experience in Trauma and Elective orthopaedic physiotherapy as well as musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

He has specialist training in the provision of corticosteroid and hyluronic acid injections.

Sarah has worked as Clinical Lead for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy in West Suffolk. 

She is able to treat all types of incontinence and pelvic girdle pain as well as ante and postnatal pelvic issues. 

Jack is our qualified Sports Therapist providing Soft tissue and Sports Massage. He is an experienced sports therapist having worked for various sports clubs and also in the NHS. 

Harvey is a qualified Sports Therapist providing Soft tissue and Sports Massage. He is an experienced sports therapist.

Sam is a qualified Sports Therapist providing Soft tissue and Sports Massage. He is an experienced sports therapist having worked for various sports clubs.
