What precautions are you taking at the practice?
We have undetaken a full risk assesmment and in line with the chartered society of physiotherapy, the health professions council and public health england, all our physiotherapy assessments and treatments follow strict covid-19 guidelines
We will contact all patients prior to their appointment to ask them covid 19 screening questions

Do i have to wear a facemask?
Yes, we will provide you with a fluid resistant facemask and ask you to wear it whilst on the practice premises and during your treatment

Do you take my temperature?
Yes, we will take your temperature on arrival with a no touch thermometer

Do the physiotherapists wear ppe?
Yes, all our treating practitioners wear full ppe whilst you are being treated.

Do i have to pay for ppe?
Due to the cost of ppe and disposal, we have to apply a small charge for ppe.
However this is included in your treatment cost.

Can we bring a friend or family member to our treatment?
Where possible, please attend by yourself however, if you require a chaperone in the room with you or if the patient is 16 or under, they will need a parent with them. We will provide them with a mask.

Do you have toilet facilities?
At the present time, we are unable to offer toilet facilities, but public toilets are availble, located behind the practice on old way.

Can we pay with cash?
Yes, but only if the payment is the correct amount as we cannot provide change

What do i do if i have an appointment and someone in my household has covid-19 symptoms or is awaiting a covid-19 test?
We ask you to call the practice and cancel your appointment and follow the NHS self isolation guideines.

Are you Pilates classes covid-19 compliant?
Yes, we monitor and follow the latest government guidelines and all our classes strictly adhere to these.
